Ms. Yamada is a holistic chef, cooking instructor and a certified Holistic Health counselor accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
She graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and Natural Gourmet Institute, chef training program.
She is a trained sushi chef from Japan.
Chef Hideyo specializes in a wide range of cuisines from Sushi to Pastry including vegan, gluten-free, refined sugar-free and allergy-free recipes.
Everyone loves her classes, from 3 years old kids to senior citizens.
She has lived in New York since 1991.
Hideyo Yamada has worked as a private chef, a cooking instructor in Chef training program and public class at Natural Gourmet Institute.
She had developed sushi and salads recipe for the Juice Generation and has been working as the chef.
